Dear Sir,
SCOPE OF WORK:
1. The work consists of the Bi-monthly maintenance work of Fire Detection, fire alarm system, Fire Hydrant & Sprinkler System. Installed in said buildings in accordance with Goa Fire prevention and Life Safety Measure Act/Rules (as amended time to time)/National building Code.
2. Service report/logbook and register must be got signed after every service by engineer in charge officials designated by the ESIC for such purpose.
3. Whenever there is requirement of any kind of major materials or any part relating to of Fire Detection, fire alarm system, Fire Hydrant & Sprinkler System, the agency shall submit inspection report along with quotation.
4. The maximum response time for a maintenance/Breakdown complaint shall not exceed 24 hrs hours in working days.
5. Emergency call shall be attended immediately without any additional cost
6. Any other works as and when directed by the authorized person from ESIC other than mentioned above falling under the domain of Fire fighting works.
7. The agency has to support in furnishing of documents such as B-form etc to this office to obtain all necessary approval from local fire department to comply with local fire norms/by laws statutory compliance.
8. The Engineer/Technician of contractor/vendor shall visit bi-monthly on said building and perform service/maintenance work of Fire Detection, Fire Hydrant & Sprinkler & submit the report on bi-monthly basis to ESIC to keep the entire system fully operational and functional at all times in auto mode system.
9. All tools, plants, equipment & manpower etc. to carry out the AMC works at site are to be provided by the agency free of cost.
10. The Contractor must supply Certified, Experienced, well trained Manpower for maintenance & servicing of the Fire Alarm, Fire Hydrant & Sprinkler System.
11. The agency shall do the fire mock drill of Fire system at least once in a every six months or as per fire norms prevail.
12. The agency must submit six monthly valid Form- B in accordance Goa Fire Prevention and Life safety measure Act (as amended timeto time).
13. The contractor/vendor shall maintain the data sheet of the equipment of Fire Detection, Fire Hydrant&Sprinklersystem.
14. Any other works as and when directed by the authorized person from ESIC other than mentioned above falling under the domain of Fire fighting works.
